Join AGM and make a difference

Together, let's continue making a difference in the lives of animals and building a more compassionate community.

The Alberton SPCA will hold its AGM on July 28 at 12:30.
The AGM will be held at the SPCA premises on Lincoln Road in General Alberts Park.
This event provides an excellent opportunity for community members to engage with the SPCA and contribute to their mission of caring for and protecting needy animals. While the AGM is open to the public, only paid-up members can vote for the new committee.
If you are passionate about animal welfare and want to shape the future of the Alberton SPCA, join the committee by submitting a letter of motivation to vicechairperson@spcaalberton.org.za. Committee members play a crucial role in guiding the SPCA’s activities and making important decisions.
The Alberton SPCA relies entirely on the support of the local community and receives no government funding. Your participation in the AGM and becoming a member directly contribute to the well-being of animals in need.
To become a member, the annual fee is R100 (R50 for pensioners). Membership forms can be obtained from the SPCA office or by emailing manager@spcaalberton.org.za.
As a member, you’ll enjoy various benefits, including the satisfaction of supporting animal welfare, exclusive access to member events, updates on the organisation’s activities, and the chance to make a lasting impact in your community.
For years, the Alberton SPCA has been a pillar of compassion and protection for local animals. Join like-minded individuals by attending the AGM and becoming a member to contribute to animal welfare.
“We invite all animal lovers, concerned citizens, and those passionate about making a difference to save the date for the Alberton SPCA AGM. Your support is invaluable and greatly appreciated,” said Vonjia Bauchop, vice chairperson.
