Two local businesses join hands to give back
The children were picked up by Group 1 Renault The Glen and taken to the stunning Just Darling at Thaba coffee shop at Thaba Eco Village.
Just Darling and Group 1 Renault The Glen celebrated Youth Day on June 15 by treating the children of Look Forward Creativity Centre.
The children were picked up by Group 1 Renault The Glen and taken to the stunning Just Darling at Thaba coffee shop at Thaba Eco Village.
The Just Darling team treated the children to a delicious lunch while they played on the swings and jungle gym in the play area. Baby formula was also donated to the Look Forward Creativity Centre for the four newborn babies who arrived recently.
The centre provides care for children who have been hurt, abandoned, neglected, abused, or orphaned.
Abigail Dow, co-owner of Just Darling, said: “Youth Day is a significant day for all South Africans, not only because of the past but because the youth are the driving force shaping our future.”
Dow said they are glad they could play a role in celebrating the children of the Look Forward Creativity Centre for Youth Day
