Brackendowns CPF patroller spots stolen and abandoned trailer

A Brackendowns CPF patroller was on his regular cycling training when he saw an abandoned and suspicious truck trailer, so he reported the trailer’s details to the CPF’s communication group.

The preliminary investigations indicated criminals stole the trailer during a business robbery in Boksburg.

Fox Security officers rushed to the scene to secure the trailer while awaiting law enforcement officers for further investigations.

The Mondeor SAPS is investigating.

The Brackendowns CPF said: “Although the truck was found outside our jurisdiction, the Mondeor SAPS will take over the case. We are grateful for our CPF member’s quick thinking and the backup from Fox Security. Let us keep our community safe.”
