Enchanting book launch to encourage reading
Don't miss the launch of this new book that entail a variety of stories for your reading pleasure.
Renowned author Stefaans Coetzee will be launching a new book, Sewe keer Sondig at Cafe@Bodmin, corner Telawarren Street and Bodmin Road, on April 19 at 16:00.
Amanda de Meillon, Coetzee and 42 other Afrikaans authors worked together on the book which consists of 24 short stories.
De Meillon’s book, Gelapte legkaart, will also be part of the book launch.
These remarkable authors aim to make people aware of the importance of reading (and also reading in Afrikaans) and open doors for other authors to follow suit.
