Blaze Creations and Psychic Harmony held an instructive introductory workshop at 1 Kameeldoring Street, Brackendowns on April 6.

Blaze hosted the programme as an introduction to guided meditation for anyone interested in learning how to meditate.

According to Cheryl Bosch, event organiser, the attendees learnt how to connect with and care for crystals and to gain knowledge about how to integrate the use of crystal energy into every aspect of one’s life.

Thandile played some calming music at the event.

“Not many people understand or know about crystals and the healing power of crystals. Crystals are born from this earth; they have been mined. Many people know what a diamond, ruby, amethyst and sapphire are, but they don’t know that they all have healing powers.

“We are entering a period in the universe that we are looking for alternative healing spiritual ways of improving our lives. Crystals are one of them, and you can utilise their healing energies,” said Bosch.

Use and importance of crystals

Crystals can be used for different aspects of your life. Bosch explained they can assist in lessening the electromagnetic fields, which could be harmful to you if exposed daily.

“You can use crystals to ground ourselves when we meditate as there are specific crystals that their energy just does that.

“I enjoy teaching people about crystals as it is always amazing when you watch an individual’s face light up when they connect with a crystal,” explained Bosch.

According to Bosch, people who practise quantum healing may feel more energetic, have a better ability to heal themselves, and have more mental awareness.

“Everyone is capable of self-healing. We need to be educated and have that inner knowledge reactivated. Once that is done, we can help others who are struggling. Many people do not realise what they are capable of. Knowledge is key,” said Jolene Matthysen, who is connected to Blaze Creations and Psychic Harmony.
