Lefra Productions is bringing back the online work session for matrics studying Afrikaans additional language with their acclaimed production of Fiela se Kind – The Drama.
Scheduled for May 14 at 10:00, this session aims to deepen students’ understanding of the play before their exams.
Led by Frans Swart, MD of Lefra, the panel includes renowned figures like the late Shaleen Surtie-Richards, Phillru van Achterbergh, Vian Singleton, and Junaid Anthony. They will dissect key aspects of the drama to aid Grade 12 students in their exam preparation.
The session will feature discussions and screenings of pivotal scenes from the play, including the memorable bathing scene, the encounter with the census men, Barta’s acknowledgment and Benjamin/Lukas’s poignant monologue. By delving into these scenes, students are sure to gain a deeper appreciation for Fiela se Kind – The Drama.
