Lindelani Magubane of Alberton leads mental health discussion at Better Me Men’s Conference

The renowned mental health practitioner from Alberton takes the stage to address the silent struggles men face, offering insight and support during the transformative event at Emperors Palace.

Men from all walks of life came together at Emperors Palace’s Theatre of Marcellus for a day of honest conversations, personal development and powerful inspiration when they attended The Better Me Men’s Conference.

Hosting the event was well-known marriage and family therapist, Dr Bakhe Dlamini of Randburg.

Guest speakers who shared the stage with him were mental health practitioner Lindelani Magubane of Alberton, GP Dr Thabo Moepi of Atteridgeville, Mandla Ngwenya of Pretoria East, South African Idols Season 11, Karabo Mogane of Fourways (who provided some entertainment) and businessman and leadership expert Dr Zukisani Mxoli (AKA Dr. Zee) of Fourways.

During the conference the men who attended listened to thought-provoking talks, were given practical tools for growth and personal development all with the aim of helping them be better men for themselves, their families and their communities.
