Kingdom Kids School holiday programme brings hope, meals and safety to children in Eden Park

The Kingdom Kids School holiday programme is providing children with nutritious meals, educational activities and a safe environment during school holidays. Businesses, organisations and community members are invited to support them to make a difference.

The Kingdom Kids School is calling on businesses, organisations, sponsors, and community members to support their school holiday initiative by donating meals, ingredients, refreshments, and other essential supplies to help sustain the programme.

The Kingdom Kids School holiday programme is open to school-going children aged six to 13. It takes place at Tabernacle of David Ministries, situated at 16 Citroen Street in Eden Park.

Many children in the community are left without structured activities during school breaks, exposing them to negative influences and dangers on the streets.

Recognising this growing need, the ministry launched the programme in June 2025 to ensure that children remain safe, encouraged, and cared for during the holiday season.

The programme focuses on supporting children who depend on school feeding schemes during the school term. During holidays, many families struggle to provide regular, nutritious meals, leaving children vulnerable to hunger.

Through the initiative, cooked meals are served to help bridge the gap and ensure that no child goes hungry.

Beyond providing meals, the programme also creates a warm and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and interact with others in a safe space. Activities include games, educational sessions, Bible teaching, arts and crafts, and life skills development, all aimed at teaching good values and biblical principles.
