Alberton Child Welfare to hold Annual General Meeting
Residents and stakeholders are invited to attend Alberton Child Welfare’s AGM, where the organisation will present its financial performance, provide key annual reports and elect members to its Board of Management.
Alberton Child Welfare has announced that its AGM will take place on September 3, at 18:00 at Alberton Child Welfare, 43 1st Avenue, Alberton North.
The meeting agenda includes:
• Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM
• Consideration and approval of the organisation’s financial statements for the financial year ending February 2026, presented by the treasurer
• The chairperson’s report
• The director’s report
• Appointment of auditors
• Appointment of members to the Board of Management
