Women’s Day at Palm Ridge Primary School brings women together through netball
Women come together through a netball celebration, with teams and teachers from Palm Ridge Primary School and Greenfields Primary School taking part.
Raceview Motors uniquely celebrated Women’s Day by bringing together women through netball at Palm Ridge Primary School.
The event, which focused on fun, fitness, friendship and empowerment, gave women an opportunity to connect while enjoying a day of sport.
Teams from Raceview Motors, Palm Ridge Primary School and Greenfields Primary School took part in the netball games, creating an energetic atmosphere on and off the court.
In the first game, Palm Ridge Primary School played against Greenfields Primary School, with Greenfields taking the win with a final score of 6-1.
The second game saw Raceview Motors take on Greenfields Primary School. Raceview Motors secured the victory, finishing the game with a 3-2 win.
Vincent Kekane, sales manager at Raceview Motors, said the initiative was about creating an opportunity for women to come together, enjoy sport and celebrate their strength.
“Women’s Day is about celebrating women, empowering them and creating opportunities for women to connect. As Raceview, we wanted to celebrate through sport and bring the community together positively and enjoyably,” he said.
