Laerskool Randhart’s first cricket team earned a commendable sixth-place finish out of 20 schools at the Super 12 tournament, making Alberton proud with their passion, determination and character.

Laerskool Randhart’s first cricket team has given the Alberton community another reason to celebrate after delivering an impressive performance at the Super 12 tournament.

Competing against 20 schools, the Ranties secured a well-earned sixth place, highlighting the team’s commitment and determination throughout the tournament.

The school congratulated the players on their achievement, saying: “Congratulations to our first cricket team on their outstanding performance at the Super 12 tournament! They achieved a well-deserved sixth place out of twenty schools.”

Beyond the final standings, the team was recognised for the way they represented the school both on and off the field.

“We are truly proud of every player who represented the Ranties with pride and character,” the school said.

“You demonstrated what it means to play with passion and determination. You certainly made your mark!” the school added.

The strong showing at the Super 12 tournament is another proud moment for Laerskool Randhart, with the first cricket team returning home representing Alberton with distinction.
