Sassa adjusts November grant payment dates to accommodate voting day
Social grant recipients must take note of revised payout days brought forward to clear the way for upcoming elections.
Sassa has confirmed adjusted grant payment dates for November to accommodate the confirmed voting date while ensuring recipients can plan ahead.
Older persons’ grants will be paid from Friday, October 30. Disability grants will be paid from Monday, November 2, followed by children’s grants from Tuesday, November 3.

All other grants will be paid from the fourth payment date.
Recipients who do not receive their grant on November 5 must urgently visit a local Sassa office, as payments may have been suspended because of an incomplete review.
The agency has urged all beneficiaries to exercise their civic duty and vote on November 4.
