Constable Mpho Mashakane, the Cleveland SAPS communications officer, said the nurse was visiting the man on a daily basis to give him his injections. He was a cancer patient.
The nurse alleged that money and a firearm was taken from the man’s safe. A woman was arrested in connection with the incident on March 19.
