Constable Mpho Mashakane, the Cleveland SAPS communications officer, said police officers were patrolling 33rd Street in Malvern when they saw a suspicious man.
“The police officers approached and searched the man. He was found in possession of a plastic bag containing cocaine,” said Const Mashakane.
The man (27) was arrested and detained at the Cleveland SAPS.
