East region launched for national association

The National Association of Managing Agents (Nama) launched its East Gauteng Region body with a cocktail function at the Glendower Golf Course on Thursday night.
The event was attended by the top names in the property game for the area.

Guests were entertained by comedian, Mr Tony de King, and musician Ms Rika Coetzer.
Nama is non-profit company which was established to increase the efficiency of all managing agents which fall under the association.
The aim of the organisation is to keep its members informed of any changes and developments in the sectional title industry.
It also hopes to educate trustees of the bodies corporate of their role and responsibilities as trustees and to enhance the process of moulding the sectional title industry into an independent legal body similar to the Estate Agent Affairs Board (EAAB).
