“Centre management can confirm a call about a bomb was received today. EMS and the SAPS Bomb Squad are on site inspecting the premises. As a precaution, the centre was evacuated,” said Mr Tshepo Monnamoroe from Eastgate Shopping Centre.

“All necessary safety precautions will be adhered to.

“The centre will open for trade once the SAPS and EMS confirmed it is safe,” said Tshepo Monnamoroe from Eastgate Shopping Centre,” said Mr Monnamoroe.
