SAPS crack down on street drugs in Elandsfontein
The suspect was found with 209.46g of dagga during a stop and search.
The SAPS uncovered a dagga operation in Elandsfontein next to Sizwe Secondary School after finding a man with 209.46g of dagga during a stop and search.
The Bedfordview SAPS Crime Prevention Unit arrested the man on January 16 while on patrol in Elandsfontein on Hattingh Street and found a black plastic bag containing dagga.
They arrested him and detained him at the Bedfordview Police Station for dealing in dagga.

On January 7, the same members arrested a woman found smoking crystal meth near the intersection of Bradford and Sovereign roads.
“The Bedfordview SAPS is committed to combating crime and maintaining law and order in the community.
“This operation demonstrates the proactive approach of the Bedfordview Crime Prevention members in identifying and addressing potential criminal activity,” said Bedfordview SAPS spokesperson and crime prevention co-ordinator Sergeant Lillian Modiga.
