u-19 Gauteng East tennis team

The Gauteng East u-19 team placed seventh out of 16 teams.

The Gauteng East Interprovincial tennis teams recently took part in the 2019 South African Schools Tennis Tournament.

SA high schools’ u-19 tournament took place in Pretoria from March 15 to 19.

The Gauteng East u-19 team placed seventh out of 16 teams.

Tanika Pananio and Isabella Sereo were selected for the South African u-19 team.

The following players were selected to represent the Gauteng East u-19 team:

Tanika Panaino – St Andrew’s School for Girls.

Anastasia Pesic – St Dominic’s Catholic School for Girls.

Isabella Sereo – Hoërskool Birchleigh.

Dominique Jansen van Vuuren – Hoërskool EG Jansen.

Jamie McKenzie – Holy Rosary School.

Mphile Kubekha – PT Xulu High.

Alistair Dick-Vercammen – King Edward School.

Michael Baxter – Bracken High School.

Ethan Lee – King Edward School.

Cameron Christie – Edenvale High School.

Sanele Saul – Vosloorus High.

Chay van Eck – Ashton College.
