Don’t miss Douglas Gibson’s feature
The Rotary Club of Benoni Aurora will host the third event in the Aurora Ebotse Public Dialogue Series, on Wednesday, November 27, at the Ebotse Golf Estate Clubhouse, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
The speaker for the evening is ambassador Douglas Gibson.
This Public Dialogue Series was devised as a means to give Benoni residents access to highly-respected and authoritative socio-economic and socio-political commentators in the runup to the elections in 2014.
Local communities are confronted with numerous social challenges, while being bludgeoned by political rhetoric and being pulled in all directions.
Gibson is one of South Africa’s best known and most respected former politicians.
His positive and constructive analysis of events and views about the future are popular with audiences.
He will present on the topic: “South Africa past, present and future, by an analyst who remains an optimist.”
This will be followed by interactive dialogue with participants.
