Dave bears no grudge. On this week 40 years ago the Benoni Town Council had rescinded a decision to have popular Benoni Fire Chief, Dave Fingleson, prematurely retired. The Fire Chief told the BCT at the time that he was elated to be given more time to do the job that he loved.
