LifeLine Ekurhuleni holds its 44th AGM
LifeLine Ekurhuleni held its annual general meeting on Saturday, June 28, when members reflected on the past year.
Guest speaker Colleen Qvist talked about the importance of awareness when working with people.
“When you climb your mountains, you will be faced with obstacles, but you should make sure that you have your padlocks,” said Qvist.
She asked members to consider their energy, as they’re in positions of helping and empowering people.
Chairperson of the board Alfred Nkwane reflected on LifeLine’s performance over the past year.
“The challenges overcome and experience gained has made LifeLine Ekurhuleni resilient,” said Nkwane.
He also thanked staff and volunteers for their active involvement and engagement in the affairs of the organisation.
