Block and tackle falls on man’s head
A man in his 40s was airlifted to hospital on August 17 after a block and tackle fell on his head.
The incident happened at business premises on Eva Road, Fairleads, at about 8.30am.
Waldo Zweep, ER24 spokesperson, said the man was critically injured.
A helicopter landed on the premises and airlifted the patient to the Union Hospital.
