The incident took place on 11th Avenue, Northmead.
“The teens said they were riding on a motorbike when they swerved to avoid a car,” said ER24 spokesperson, Clair Wolstencroft.
“It seems as though they lost control when they swerved.”
ER24 transported the boys to hospital after the incident took place around noon.
