Support Friends of the Benoni Library book bash

A variety of books will be available on both days - fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, cookery, religion, business and many more.

Benoni residents are encouraged to support the Friends of the Benoni Library book bash on March 1 and 2 in the foyer of the adult library.

A variety of books will be available on both days – fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, cookery, religion, business and many more.

The friends will appreciate reasonable donations for the books and all funds raised will be used to buy new books for the library.

Sandra Castille, member of the Friends of the Benoni Library, said residents should take advantage of this opportunity to revisit the shelves of the library and see the wide selection of new books you can borrow, of which many have been bought by Friends of the Library.

Friends of the Benoni Library are appealing to the public to donate books that are in a good condition.

If you would like to donate books, drop them off at the library or contact Ann Smith on 083 229 9024 or Sandra Castille on 011 849 6122 to arrange collection.
