A foetus was found on Friday morning (July 10) on Great North Road.

“ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 11.10am after road cleaners had found the foetus lying in the grass,” said ER24 communications officer, Russel Meiring.

“On closer inspection, medics found the foetus a short distance in the veld. Unfortunately, nothing could be done by paramedics.”
