Volunteer counsellors are being sought at LifeLine, which is situated in Russel Street, Western Extension.

LifeLine Ekurhuleni, which is based in Western Extension, Benoni, and services the entire region, is calling for nominations for their board.

Portfolios vacant are:
• Deputy chairperson
• Fund-raising and social media
• Counselling
• Community engagement
• Integrity and standards
• Legal portfolio
• Training

The deadline for board nominations is October 30.

Volunteer
LifeLine is also looking for volunteers for the following:
• Counsellors (trainees or professionals can apply): face-to-face counselling, lay/telephone counselling and trauma counselling.
• Charity shop
• IT support
• Handyman/DIY
• Gardening
• Charity events
