Zukhele Ngomane: It is a valuable initiative, especially for young people who need to learn about such issues and how to correct society. More can be done and more education is needed on the topic of GBV.
Gareth Barnes: It's a valuable campaign to have because it brings to light the cruel situations we have every day. I'm one who has never believed in gender-based violence. It is something that needs to be discussed and acted upon more.
Candice Hitchcox: The campaign is very important because there are so many people who aren't educated when it comes to GBV. People need to know how bad it is. The more they know, the more they are willing to help.
Andrew McArthur: It brings acknowledgement to a problem that may not directly affect you as an individual, but rather as a collective. It shows we are trying to end a problem that has been in our society for a long time. In many ways, this initiative shows unity and understanding that we have rights and we need to fight for them.
Shannon Butcher: I think it is valuable, especially considering how badly gender-based violence is affecting our community and South Africa. We need to be educating our youth about why GBV is not okay and how to avoid it at all costs.
