Taxi driver fatally shot at Las Vegas Taxi Rank

The Etwatwa police are investigating a murder case following the shooting of a taxi driver at Las Vegas Taxi Rank in Etwatwa on October 13 at around 16:30.

According to spokesperson Sergeant Barbra Ndaba, it is alleged that the taxi driver was sitting with friends under a shaded area drinking alcohol when an unknown gunman approached from behind and opened fire before fleeing the scene in a white VW Polo with no registration number.

“No one has been arrested, and the case is still under investigation,” said Ndaba.
