Line! Bingo!
The Garlands Ladies Luncheon Club recently left it all to Lady Luck hoping to be the one to call Bingo.
During their monthly meeting on April 24, one could only hear the sounds of markers crossing out numbers called by game-master Pam Foster.
Yeses were hissed under breath as members and guests edged closer to winning the game.
Mandy Jarvis and Jenny Dharmavir walked away as the winners of the day and their victories were joyfully celebrated over lunch, as members charged their glasses and engaged in jovial fellowship.
The May luncheon will take place on May 29 during which Gerhard Ferreira, a blind adventurer, will take the ladies on his journey to summiting Mount Kilimanjaro.
