Dux recipient makes school history

Hussein is the first to receive an honorary blazer.

Having successfully attained distinctions in every subject since Grade Eight, a Grade 11 learner at William Hills Secondary School, Hussein Mkundika, is the first learner in the school’s history to receive a white blazer of honour. He received a Dux trophy at the end of 2024 for being the school’s top achiever by maintaining above-average grades throughout his high school career.
