Kairos Modderbee Prison Ministry to host another spiritual outreach

Kairos Modderbee Prison Ministry will host another instalment of its powerful initiative aimed at demonstrating the love of God to incarcerated men.

The event will take place at St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on July 5.

The previous four-day service, held at Modderbee Prison from June 5 to 8, attracted members of the public who came to support and participate in the programme.

According to Kairos chairperson Eric Vance, the East Rand community received the Kairos team with much love and support.

“Kairos would also like to give a shoutout to the Modderbee Correctional Centre for their support in allowing us to host the event,” said Vance.

Kairos Modderbee Prison Ministry is a Christian faith-based organisation that addresses the spiritual needs of incarcerated men, women, youth, and their families.
