Durman and Makaba claim victory in Kempton Park
They scored 47 points to win.
Cassandra Durman and Phindi Makaba clinched this month’s Ekurhuleni Senior Women’s Golf (ESWG) monthly tournament at Kempton Park Golf Club on July 2.
Durman and Makaba collected 47 points for their victory, beating the team of Hilde Meyer and Doreen Ensor-Smith on 45 points.
Lynda Joynt and Helen Bapela clinched the last podium position with 43 points.
The ESWG chairperson, Charmaine Stone, congratulated the top three, saying, “Well done ladies for your excellent results”.
