News from the TAG kennels

Give an inja endala (older dog) a loving home.

In celebration of former state president Nelson Mandela’s birthday on July 18, The Animal Guardians (TAG) is inspiring change in the lives of the city’s lost, abandoned, neglected and abused animals.

Substantial progress has been made in transforming the animal welfare organisation’s new Rynfield AH property, however further support is needed to create a haven for the animals in its care.

In the words of the former statesman: “What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.”

Be part of this legacy project, which will enable the TAG-team to expand their reach and care.

Monetary donations can be made to TAG’s dedicated building account, Standard Bank cheque account, 10106261256, branch code 051001; use “TAG home’ as reference.

For more information about what is needed to make this dream a reality, to arrange delivery of donations, to send proof of payment (POP) or to open your heart and home to some of its furry friends, WhatsApp Annie Jungmann on 076 330 5736.

Donations of dry dog and cat food as well as building material can be delivered to 86 Cloverdene Road, Rynfield AH.
