Car boot sale gets rolling this year

The next market and car boot sale will be on February 25.

First time car booters Mariska Pilch and Kelma Michel were excited to be part of the event on January 28.

The first Bunny Park Food and Craft Market and Benoni City Times Car Boot Sale of 2023 played host to hundreds of bargain hunters.

Wearing hats to shield themselves from the heat and with umbrellas under their arms, visitors enjoyed the food, refreshments, and live music amid the many stalls.

At the car boot sale, more than 20 vendors offered a variety of second-hand items such as clothing, paintings, tools, kitchenware, books, toys, baby items and garden and camping equipment.

Chantelle Roux and her son, Quinn Kubirskels, visited the Bunny Park on January 28 to support the market and car boot sale.

The car boot sale is a City Times initiative associated with the Bunny Park Food and Craft Market on the last Saturday of every month.

The next event will take place on February 25.
