Gekombineerde Skool Noorderlig recently announced its 2023 prefects. The head prefects are Amohelang Motebang (deputy head girl sport), Lesedi Stampu (deputy head boy), Luthando Mochadibane (head boy), Akhonamandla Mabuza (head girl), Ayabonga Mchiza (deputy head girl), Tshimollo Makgae (deputy head boy culture) and Paul Niemandt (deputy head boy academics).
