Local soccer teams ask for sponsorship

The Astana Football Club in Chief Luthuli pleads for sponsorship for its U13, U15 and U17 teams.

The teams need help with transportation, food and soccer equipment, such as kits, balls, boots and training equipment like markers and handles.

They compete in the Benoni North Local Football Association League (BNLFA).

According to coach Siphamandla Hlatshwayo, they play in the BNLFA league to gain promotions to the SAB League.

“We need a well-structured team to get these promotions, so we ask for sponsorship. We need to better the teams and go further until we reach the DStv Premiership League status,” said Hlatshwayo.
