Women empowered to defend themselves at market

Keshna Schoeman hosted the market. Her late fiancé, Chad Botha, was stabbed after a scuffle with three intruders who accosted the unsuspecting couple in their home last October.
Next month’s market will be on November 4.
Meanwhile, in remembrance of her late husband, a candlelight vigil will be held on Third Street, Northmead, on October 13 from 19:00 to 21:00. Anyone affected by crime can attend. For more information, call Keshna on 078 360 0783.
