Abused by the system

“Frustrated” writes by email:

I am appealing to anyone who has a good knowledge of labour rules.

Myself and a colleague were unfairly dismissed after uninterrupted service of seven and 17 years respectively – with one month’s pay.

After four months of trying to get some result from the CCMA, with no satisfaction (in fact I suspect something underhanded), we would appreciate any advice or help on how to proceed further.

Too many people are being abused by a system that does not work.
