On Saturday, April 12, I was advised by CMS that the security gate of our parking lot, next to our office building in the Benoni CBD, had been stolen.
Constables Mantsha and Mbombi, of the SAPS Benoni, investigated the matter and took my statement.
Approximately 10 minutes later they phoned and requested that I meet them at a scrap shop.
Upon my arrival I identified our gate, which had, unfortunately, been cut into three pieces.
Apparently the constables received a tip-off, which they immediately investigated and recovered the gate.
I wish to congratulate the SAPS Benoni and, in particular, Constables Mantsha and Mbombi for the excellent service they provided.
