Help, benefits not being paid

I applied and submitted all my documents for maternity UIF benefits on July 11.

I was told it would take four to six weeks to be approved.

I am still waiting for it to be approved.

I have been going into the Benoni office every week to check and I am told every week to come back the following week.

That there is no problem, it just has not been approved yet and that the Germiston office handles the application.

I have since emailed Harold and Daniel at the Benoni Labour Department as well as Nicodemus at the Germiston office.

I have a small baby and my husband is unemployed.

I am now desperate as my rent has not been paid for this month and I have no other avenues to turn to.

Please can you or anyone assist me.
