The guy advertises via flyers and word-of-mouth regarding re-tarring surfaces/driveways.

The method and product used caused blotches and patches all over my driveway (with some of the product actually coming off).

This was only visible once it was dry and the man had disappeared with full payment.

People using small time “business operators” should be very cautious and insist on a few references before making use of their services.
