Bad service at the licensing department

No joy found at benoni licensing department

Mrs du Plooy writes:

I would please like to bring the bad service of the licensing department to your attention.

My son went there this morning and was sent away three times, trying to do his renewal.

They do not tell you the first time what is needed.

When he went back just after noon, they were closed due to high volumes.

LETTER: Are you also annoyed by motorists on this road?

This is such a waste of time and resources.

He had to take a day’s leave to get this sorted out and now the process will need to be repeated again.

Since when can you just close the offices when the office hours states 3pm?
