With reference to the article regarding low water pressure in Kirschner Road, Brentwood Park, I have two questions for the metro.
You have known about this for a few years and have done very little, is this because you are not interested or simply incompetent?
Secondly, clearly, by-laws have been disregarded as it is clear the infrastructure is inadequate.

It is a miserable situation in Villa Victoria, especially on the upper floors where on many days the taps are dry.
