I had to visit SARS Benoni last Friday (August 28), and was gob-smacked with the great service and help I received from a lady named Theresa.

I have been dealing with SARS for 24 years and she helped me register on e-filing.

At my age, that is a mission of note. We then did my tax return, which is now done and dusted.

They are there to help, not just to take your money.

Then I had to go to Ekurhuleni Traffic Department (just around the corner) and we will not even comment on the type of service offered.
