Actonville Spurs Cricket Club will have team practise for Premier, Directors and President League players, every Sunday, at Lords, from noon until 2pm.

East Rand Kayak (ERK) will host a Klip River Race from Daleside to Three Rivers, in preparation for the Fish River Marathon, on Saturday, August 31.

East Rand Nomads bowls outing at Atlas Bowling Club, Atlas Road, Kempton Park, 1.30pm for 2pm. Format is trips. Enjoy an afternoon of bowls, good company and help support local charities: Child Welfare and Hospice.
