Football

Running

Five kilometre Parkrun and walk at Ebotse every Saturday morning, at 8am. Entry is free and dogs on leads are welcome. Register at www.parkrun.co.za.

Bowls

Blitzbowls at Benoni Municipal Bowling Club, for any interested players, including families, new bowlers and established bowlers. Play starts at 10am and ends at noon. Bowls and coaching are also available from 9am. Contact Angus Ramsay on 074 893 8099 for more information.

Golf

Ebotse Links Junior Race of Champions takes place every Friday, until November 30. The competition takes place over 13 weeks, with the seven best IPS scores counting towards the overall winner, who will receive an outfit sponsored by Nike Golf. Charity golf day hosted at Observatory Golf Club, by Guts2Glory, on October 29, in aid of Mount Kilimanjaro expedition, to assist 1 000 amputee children and other disabled children. For bookings and sponsorship opportunities contact Jackie Spamers on 083 645 4807.
