Spurs salutes successful juniors
The committee from Actonville Spurs Cricket Club (ASCC) has congratulated some of their junior players on their selection for the 2017 Eastern Junior Club Cricket Association’s (EJCCA) Winter Programme.
The following players have been selected:
• u-12: Ayush Patel and Suhaib Esakjee,
• u-13: Kabir Bhagvan and Abdullah Patel,
• u-14: Mohammed Teladia,
• u-15: Nabeel Teladia,
• u-17: Mohammed Ghanchi.
“The club has great faith in these boys and we are hopeful of bigger and better things from them,” said ASCC public relations officer.
“This should serve as motivation to the rest of our aspiring youngsters.”
The club’s open day and annual general meeting will take place at Lords Cricket Grounds on July 30 at 10am.
