Run off winter cobwebs
There is no better time to welcome spring than by getting fit for the popular Rowlin Glow Run, hosted by Benoni Northerns Running Club, on October 30.
Spring is just a few days away and it’s time for enthusiastic runners to start shaking off the winter cobwebs and take to the road again.
The night race, which starts and finishes at Benoni Northerns, features a 5km fun run and 10km and 15km timed races.

The Significance Run/Walk, in association with Benoni Harriers Running Club, will take place on Saturday September 14 (7am start) and features a 5km and 10km race. Online entries via www.Quicket.co.za close on September 1.
