Atlas shows its support

Businesses are encouraged to support the Umbilo CPF and join the fight against crime.

ATLAS Scrap Metal has shown its support for Umbilo CPF by donating a laptop and printer to chairperson, Ben Madokwe.

Ben said the laptop and printer would help with admin work such as emailing and printing leaflets.

“I urge all businesses in the area to be like Atlas and partner with us in the fight against crime,” he said.

Max Bega from Atlas said businesses needed support from the CPF and the police, adding he was happy to do his bit to help.

“We are active members of the community watch as we work and live in the area. We feel it is important to support the CPF,” he said.

Atlas has helped the Umbilo Police Station in the past with the donation of a Wendy house, and has also helped the Crisis Centre and made a donation towards renovations at the Police Station.
