Take note of meetings

Residents are encouraged to keep up to date with Umbilo/Glenmore Neighbourhood Watch meetings.

A SMART new notice board to advertise the Umbilo/Glenmore Neighbourhood Watch meetings has been erected at the intersection of Queen Mary and Feilden Roads.

The sign, sponsored by Malcolm Plint Estate Agents and Andrew Plint Tree Fellers, will notify residents when monthly meetings will take place at Glenmore Primary School.

“We have been in the area all our lives, for 60 years, and as myself and Andrew have businesses in the area, we have been structured around putting back into the area. We acknowledge the hard work Wally and the group do in the area and this is our way of saying thanks,” said Malcolm.

“On behalf of the community, we are very thankful to the Plint family for the sign. We encourage people to pay attention to it, and keep up to date with our meetings,” said Wally Coombe.
